We live in the heart of the Maine Highland Region, on majestic Moosehead Lake surrounded by unspoiled wilderness, pristine waters, and abundant wildlife. I am a registered nurse, currently working from home and able to devote all of the necessary time and care needed to raise healthy social Maine Coon kittens. My love for the Maine Coon breed originated with a unique female cat named Gollum. Gollum was a beautiful, independent, and adventurous female Maine Coon who was a constant in my life for many years as a child. My love of animals and caring for them led me to volunteering for over a decade at local animal shelter’s taking in pregnant cats and orphaned kittens; raising, and bottle feeding countless kittens. As a nurse I spent time working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), that experience allows me to efficiently care for newborn kittens at a higher level. Combining my entire family’s love and knowledge of the Maine Coon breed, our past experience with animal foster care, and my skills as a professional nurse produces healthy, social, exceptionally wonderful Maine Coon kittens for your family.
